Buckwheat Pancake Mix

This is my recipe for Buckwheat Pancakes! It is a blend of Buckwheat Flour and Soft Wheat Flour which makes a lovely light pancake when baked on a griddle. 

Ingredients: Buckwheat Flour, Soft Wheat Flour, Sugar, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Salt. 

Each package contains approximately two (2) servings.

Flour is a raw product, so fully cook before enjoying.
