Dissolve 2 packages of yeast in 3 cups of lukewarm water. Add 1 tablespoon of salt, 3/4 cup sugar, 2 beaten eggs, 7-9 tablespoons melted shortening, 7-8 cups of flour.
Let rise double its size. Use 1/2 cup flour on dough board and knead until it feels right; about 5 minutes. Let rise double in size again. This makes about 3 regular size loaves. You can put this into the refrigerator overnight to bake the next day.
You can also make rolls instead of loaves.
